The service

Convertolo ([operator name and address — to be completed before launch]) provides file conversion and PDF tools that run in your web browser. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your files

Your files and the results remain yours. Because conversions happen on your device, we never receive or store them. You are responsible for having the right to convert and use the files you add.

Fair use

• Do not attack, overload or try to break the website.
• Do not try to get around plan limits, resell access or share license keys.
• Do not use Convertolo for anything illegal.

Free plan

The Free plan allows 3 successful conversions per 24 hours and files up to 15 MB. Free limits are counted in your browser and may change.

Convertolo Pro

Pro is sold by Gumroad as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Gumroad account; after cancelling, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Your license key is for you personally and can be activated in up to 5 browsers. See the License page for details and the Refund policy for refunds.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Convertolo available and correct, but we can't promise that every file converts or that the service is always online. We may change or discontinue features; paid features you have already paid for will be honoured for the period paid or refunded.

No warranty, limited liability

Convertolo is provided “as is”. Keep your original files: we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
